1- King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, Jeddah

    (Formerly Al Salamah Hospital)

Saudi ABV constructed this one of the most modern facilities in the Kingdom on turnkey basis. The contract included construction of six storied two towers connecting to the existing hospital with upgrading, renovating and construction three storied utility building, with support services as well as parking for 350 Cars. All the procurement of materials including Civil, Electro/Mechanical, Medical Equipments, Furniture's and installation & commissioning the same was successfully done by Saudi ABV.

2-International Economic Tower, Jeddah
The project consist of the design, construction and commissioning of 7-storey office building. Saudi ABV executed part of the structure and all finishing work, external pre-cast & glazed facade including all Electro-mechanical works.

3-SSSP Head Office Project, Riyadh
This is a special type of Head Office Building made for SSSP in  Riyadh. SABV executed all the work related to Civil, Electro/Mechanical and HAVC work.

4-Sharbatly Villas Project, Jeddah
The project consists of 3 elegant private villas for Sheikh Sharbatly and his sons. Saudi ABV executed the structural, Electro/mechanical, HVAC and most of the finishing work. This luxurious family villas each is with facilities like swimming pool. Dewania, Parking, magnificent landscaping, hardscaping and utilities.

5-Al Basateen Residential Compound, Jeddah
The project consists of 188 luxurious villas with all modern indoor and outdoor amenities. Saudi ABV completed the project on design and built turnkey basis. In addition to villas the compound consist of 4 swimming pools, auxiliary buildings, water tanks, septic tanks, waste water treatment plant, sports facilities, landscapes, hardscapes, etc.

6-Al-Rawdah Compound (Elite-2), Jeddah
This residential compound consists of 41 luxurious villas with recreation building, service building, swimming pool and sports facilities was constructed by SABV on turnkey basis.
